The room was reasonably large and the breakfast was plentiful with variety of options. The location was good for walking around a century palace.

I enjoyed the extremely convenient and pretty standard hotel.
Excellent and perfect location to attractions like a century palace, that was close to the hotel. It was located close to a train station.

Unique and spotlessly clean place, good view to the harbor. Savoury breakfast with a wide range of meals. Metres from the train station.

Units with views of the port. Great location, 10 minutes' walk to Museum of World Cultures. Early check-in, parking nearby. By the way, parking fee - gbp 19 per day. The hotel of choice in Genoa.

The hotel is fine for stays of one or two nights. It is conveniently located right next to Genoa's Piazza Principe (main) train station (150 meters) and very close to the historical old town and main square (20 minutes walk). It is also very close to all the palazzos that Genoa is famous for (10-15 minutes walk). The situation of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing and those traveling by train.
Do not expect anything fancy for the price of this hotel. However, it's an adequate, clean and safe place to stay for a night or two. The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location.

Hotel Vittoria is very central and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledable about the area and local activities. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are an asset to the hotel. Hotel matched the website description and was excellenct value for money.
Nothing really to complain about.....if anything I would say the breakfast could have been a little more exciting but that was all.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the Genova harbor, train station, and top attractions. The owners are incredibly friendly and genuine, providing a nice, old-school experience. The staff, including Pablo, are excellent and speak multiple languages. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and affordably priced. The AC works great, and some rooms offer beautiful harbor views.
Felt quite safe, no complaints.

Basic but quirky hotel with lots of character. Fittings were quite basic and austere, but we needed nothing extra. Built into the hill on several levels, it had outdoor areas, guest lounge and a really friendly atmosphere. A few steps to negotiate but staff were on hand eagerly to carry luggage. Wished we had more time to spend there. So close, it can be seen from the train station, and yet not in an unsavoury area.
The steps might be a concern for elderly or disabled. The beds were a little on the hard side.

During my stay at Hotel Vittoria, I was delighted by the charming and old-school atmosphere of the place. The owners were incredibly genuine and friendly, providing a level of hospitality that is rare to find. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Genova harbor, train station, and top attractions. Although it may not be a modern hotel, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hidden gem. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is newly remodelled, extremely convenient with particularly good sea views. The rooms are a nice size and the breakfast is good! There is a safe box, a minibar and central heating - that's always a plus.
